My work is person centered and neurodiversity-affirming.

I support all adults and teens. I embrace your individuality and differences, whether you have diagnoses or not. Self diagnosis is absolutely valid and I am here to learn from you too - it is not my role to tell you what to think or feel, or what to do. Instead I will sit beside you in partnership, and we work together to reach your goals.

My approach is based on your unique needs; we go at your pace and your safety is core to everything we explore. I work exclusively online, offering video and telephone appointments with message support.

You do not have to feel at your lowest point to qualify for help. If you’re feeling confused or stuck, unable to eat in ways others expect you to, the way you want / need to for your own health, you don’t have to suffer in silence. Considering professional support from someone who understands your challenges could change everything. With the right help, accommodations and adaptations (that you are entitled to) eating can feel easier and underpin your happiness, health and wellbeing.

If you find your sensory preferences with food hard to explain and struggle to feel understood, I will teach you how to meet you needs that affirm your brain and body. 

If you’re feeling floored by hormonal changes, I will help you understand what’s going on and find a way through with an individualised approach.

If you're seeking assistance in shedding harmful beliefs about food and to navigate through the maze of unsolicited advice coming from all directions, it’s time to advocate for yourself . It’s time to seek help from a qualified nutritionist with a lifetime of eating and nutrition experience.

What to expect when working with me

During our time together, I’ll provide tailored advice and support to help you understand your diverse needs and navigate the challenges you face in a very judgy, food and body obsessed world. I offer a supportive and inclusive space in all my sessions, and when you book my 12-week 1:1 support package or a smaller block of 4 sessions, you will also receive ongoing support via WhatsApp or email in between sessions. This means I am by your side to help in real time, especially through the scary and messy days.  I will also provide any tools and resources you need, answer all your questions and of course, celebrate your wins.

As someone with lived experience, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, combining professional knowledge with personal insights.

Once we’ve met and chatted during your free 30 minute consult, I’ll be able to advise which of my services would best suit your needs and the costs involved (there’ll be no pressure to make a decision or sign up on the spot).

If we can’t find a standard service that meets your needs, we can always discuss more creative ways to move forward, that fits your budget - I believe support should be made accessible to all.
